ELEction Night: November 2nd, 2021

Republicans in Virginia won all three of the night's state-wide elections-- Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General-- and reclaimed a majority in the Virginia House of Delegates. With these being the first statewide wins for Republicans in Virginia since 2009 despite Biden having won the state by 10 percent, or around 500,000 votes, in 2020, the Republican Party has its sights set on massive gains in the 2022 Midterm elections.
